"I Care" Survey
Patients of MHHS may receive an "I CARE" Survey (provided by NRC+PICKER) in the mail once they return home, asking about their experience at MHHS. Although participation in the survey is voluntary, we encourage patients to do so, as we use the input to improve our quality initiatives and patient experience.
