Working closely with primary care physicians, specialists, hospitals, and community resources, Home Health & Hospice helps meet the special needs of home care patients. Services offered includes skilled nursing, physical, speech and occupational therapy, medical social services, home care assistance, and behavioral health and hospice.The Agency's primary service area includes Claiborne, Cocke, Grainger, Greene, Hamblen, Hancock, Hawkins, Jefferson, Knox and Sevier Counties.
